  3. Firstfruits, Bikkurim (Leviticus 23:9-14)
    Day after Unleavened Bread
Crossing of the Red Sea, Jesus' resurrection
Represents resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:22-23: For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him.)
  4. Feast of Weeks, Pentecost, Shavout (Leviticus 23:15-22)

    • Acts 2:1-4: When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
  5. Trumpets, Rosh Hashanah (Lev. 23:23-25)
    1 Tishri
    Regathering of Israel, Rapture
    • Matt. 24:29-31: “Immediately after the distress of those days“‘the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’ At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
  6. Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur (Leviticus 23:26-32)
    10 Tishri

    • Zechariah 13:1: On that day a fountain will be opened to the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and impurity.
    • Romans 11:26: And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob."
  7. Tabernacles, Feast of Booths, Sukkot (Lev. 23:33-43)
    15th-22 Tishri (8 days)
    Millennium
    • Amos 9:13-17: “The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills. I will bring back my exiled people Israel; they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant Israel in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land I have given them,” says the LORD your God.
    • Zechariah 14:16-21: Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The LORD will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles.
On that day HOLY TO THE LORD will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots in the LORD’s house will be like the sacred bowls in front of the altar. Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy to the LORD Almighty, and all who come to sacrifice will take some of the pots and cook in them. And on that day there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the LORD Almighty.

All males were required to go to Jerusalem for Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks and the Feast of Booths (Exodus 23:14-19).
