Campbell Creek Park Condominiums are located at 4511 Folker, Anchorage, Alaska. They're about a mile from the University of Alaska and Providence Hospital. Go east (toward the mountains) from Lake Otis and Tudor to the first light (Folker). There's a Taco Bell on the corner. Turn right (south) and go one block. The dark building on the left is the complex. Call 345-6689 and if no one answers, call 250-5752 or 244-6312.

• Unit 28A is the first unit you'll see on the left.
• Continue to the park and around the corner to the left. Unit 39A is the second unit on the south side, across from the park (pictured).
• Turn left to get to the inside court. Unit 15B is ahead and a little to the right (1 o'clock position). Unit 24B is ahead and to the left (10 o'clock position).

All units are two levels, approximately 730 square feet, with a ground-level entrance and an upstairs balcony. Parking is just outside the door (no covered parking). The ground level has a living room / kitchen and a half-bath. The upper level has a large master bedroom, utility room, closet and full bath.

Units have washer /dryers and dishwashers. Included in the rent are water, sewer, garbage service, snowplowing, landscaping, maintenance and upkeep, and a storage locker in the common area. Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. Individual room thermostats are available for the electric heat, which averages about $100/month.
