____ Move the refrigerator away from the wall and clean under it. Clean the sides of the refrigerator.
____ Empty the refrigerator and freezer completely. Defrost and clean.
____ Clean the oven and the stove hood.
____ Carefully move the stove out and clean under it. Clean the sides of the stove.
____ Remove everything from cupboards and clean all shelves.
____ Clean the fronts of all base and wall cabinet doors and all drawers.
____ Counter, sink and stovetop should be spotless. Replace drip pans under burners if they cannot be cleaned.
____ Wash the walls.
____ Scrub the floor.
Entire unit
____ Clean the walls. NO SPACKLE. We will repair holes and damage to walls.
____ Replace any light bulbs that have burned out.
____ Remove that is yours from the unit.
____ Clean outlet covers.
____ Clean tops and fronts of heaters.
____ Wash all windows. No streaks.
____ Professionally clean carpets and submit the receipt. Or, leave this and we can pay for it from the damage deposit.
____ Note any things we should fix or investigate (slow drains, etc.)
Bathroom and laundry room
____ Remove everything from closets, drawers, shelves, and cabinets. Clean them.
____ Clean the walls, toilet, sink, tub, and shower unit.
____ Scrub the floors in both laundry room and bathroom.
____ Clean the washer and dryer.
____ Turn all heat registers down to 50° before vacating the unit.
____ Note any things we should fix or investigate (slow drains, etc.)
____ Call to let us know you're ready to be checked out. Leave the keys and any notes inside the top kitchen drawer and lock the door.
