When I taught 6th grade, I wanted to introduce my students to the joys of learning a foreign language so that they might choose it as an elective in junior high or high school. The lessons in this section contain very short dialogs and limited but useful vocabulary and are intended for just such a brief introduction. If another language is preferred, the same dialogs and vocabulary could be translated.

Because I cannot include sound on this web site, the person teaching must know proper French pronunciation.
